To improve of the sub-level caving mining methods during mining of deposits of high-grade iron ores by applying a rational mode and intensifying the ore drawing. Methodology. It included an analysis of scientific literature, design documentation and the practice of mining of deposits of high-grade iron-ores in complex geomechanical conditions of deep horizons of mines, to establish the formation of fundamentally new foundations of scientific-and-design solutions for the rational extraction of minerals; numerical (application a special computer software package "PFC 3D") and physical (based on the application of volumetric physical models and equivalent materials) modeling of ore drawing, aimed at identifying regularities of recovery process depending on the mining-geological and mining conditions of the mining of deposits, and also the physical- and-mechanical properties of the loosened ore mass. Findings. Regularities of changes in the qualitative and quantitative recovery percentages depending on the intensity of the ore drawing and physical-and-mechanical properties of the ore have been established using numerical and physical simulation. The obtained regularities made it possible to substantiate the rational parameters of the structural elements of the technological scheme for drawing and delivery of ore. A linear-alternating condition of ore drawing was developed, which will ensure an increase in the extraction of pure ore up to 10 % and, as a result, up to 4,6 % of quantitative and up to 5,2 % of qualitative indicators of ore percentages, as well as up to 1,5 % of absolute quality of mined ore mass. Originality. Power-law dependencies of the change in the angle of ore tapping on the intensity of the ore drawing and the ultimate strength of the ore for uniaxial compression have been established as well as dependencies of the increase in the volume of the tapping figure, when a linear-alternating condition of ore drawing is applied, on the intensity of the ore drawing, the height of the collapsed ore layer and the ultimate strength of the ore for uniaxial compression. Practical value. A linear-alternating condition of ore drawing has been developed, the implementation of which in practice makes it possible to increase the qualitative and quantitative recovery percentages and eliminate the human factor while observing the ore drawing planograms. | ||

Vanina // Eastern-european journal of enterprise technologies. - 2021. - № 4(3). - С. 56-65. - Режим доступу: http://nbuv.gov.ua/UJRN/Vejpte_2021_4(3)__8 An approach to constructing mathematical models of individual multicriterial estimation was proposed based on information about the ordering relations established by the expert for a set of alternatives. Structural identification of the estimation model using the additive utility function of alternatives was performed within axiomatics of the multi-attribute utility theory (MAUT). A method of parametric identification of the model based on the ideas of the theory of comparative identification has been developed. To determine the model parameters, it was proposed to use the midpoint method that has resulted in the possibility of obtaining a uniform stable solution of the problem. It was shown that in this case, the problem of parametric identification of the estimation model can be reduced to a standard linear programming problem. The scalar multicriterial estimates of alternatives obtained on the basis of the synthesized mathematical model make it possible to compare them among themselves according to the degree of efficiency and, thus, choose "the best" or rank them. A significant advantage of the proposed approach is the ability to use only non-numerical information about the decisions already made by experts to solve the problem of identifying the model parameters. This enables partial reduction of the degree of expert's subjective influence on the outcome of decision-making and reduces the cost of the expert estimation process. A method of verification of the estimation model based on the principles of cross-validation has been developed. The results of computer modeling were presented. They confirmed the effectiveness of using the proposed method of parametric model identification to solve problems related to automation of the process of intelligent decision making. | ||

It was proved that not every enterprise has a possibility to ensure its information and logistic activities using its own capabilities, so the possibilities of using outsourcing systems are becoming especially relevant. General features of outsourcing of information technologies and logistic services were determined. The most important of them include the mandatory existence of interaction between a supplier and a customer regarding the business processes of an enterprise. It was substantiated that several important types of outsourcing are used in the area of intellectual innovation activities of enterprises: complete and partial outsourcing, outsourcing of a joint type, outsourcing of the intermediate type, outsourcing of intellectual and innovative type. The method for synthesis of indicators of economic efficiency of outsourcing of information and logistic services of direct and indirect action for the economic evaluation of its effectiveness was proposed. This approach makes it possible to fully evaluate the benefits of outsourcing in comparison with the variant when they are implemented by an enterprise using its own capabilities. The basis of the proposed method is the ratio of indicators that reproduce the advantages obtained due to outsourcing. The implementation of this method makes it possible to ensure an important relationship between the process of development of information or logistic service and the required quality. Studies conducted at the enterprises of the Kharkiv industrial region showed that only three out of eight studied enterprises have economic grounds for using outsourcing. From the economic point of view, it is more expedient for other enterprises to carry out information (logistic) provision of their activities using their own resources. | ||

The main digital technologies that are used by public corporations operating in the basic sectors of the national economy were grouped. It has been proven that one of the most important criteria for digital transformation is the level of information transparency. A morphological matrix of digital transformation of public corporations has been built and the positions of the latter in the process under study have been determined. Based on the results of the matrix assessment, it was concluded that the most attention is attracted by the digitalization processes in corporations-outsiders. This is because this position is characterized by a high level of digital maturity but a low level of transparency. To ensure a high level of transparency, it seems appropriate for these companies to introduce new digital technologies. This paper analyzes those endogenous and exogenous factors that promote or block the process of introducing digital technologies in public corporations. It was found that at the level of public corporations, there are significant resource constraints, which are manifested in the lack of funds for the introduction of digital technologies. Another significant obstacle is the psychological barriers associated with the unwillingness to use digital technologies in the work process. The generalization of the efficiency indicators of business processes and criteria for factor conditions of digital transformation has made it possible to identify the main components of the system model of digitalization of public corporations. Considering the above, an authentic system model of digitalization of the public corporate sector is proposed. It seems appropriate to use the model to determine the effect of the introduction of digital technologies in the public corporate sector. | ||
